What we collect

Documents and text you upload for translation, plus the resulting translation, language pair, page count and document type.

Order and credit history, including purchases and certified review requests.

Basic technical data such as approximate country (used to display prices in your local currency).

How we use it

Your documents are private and are used only to provide the translation services you request.

We use account and order data to operate your account, apply credits, and provide support.

We do not sell your documents or personal data, and we do not send document contents, names, passport numbers or addresses to advertising platforms.

Processors

Cloud hosting and database services store your account and translation records.

An AI model provider performs text extraction and translation on our behalf and returns the translated text.

If you purchase certified human review, the assigned qualified reviewer can access that specific order.

Retention and deletion

Translation records remain available in your account so you can re-download them.

You can request deletion of individual orders or your entire account at any time by emailing support@translatedocs.ai; we remove the associated stored records.

Analytics and advertising

We measure funnel events such as page views, uploads started and purchases. These events contain no document content and no personal identifiers.

Your choices

You can access your orders from your dashboard, correct your profile details, or request export or deletion of your data by contacting support.
