TranslateDocs AI produces automated translations of documents you upload, and offers optional certified human review performed by a qualified reviewer.

Automated translations are machine generated and are not certified.

Acceptance is not guaranteed

Certification and acceptance requirements vary by receiving institution, agency, court, school, employer or government authority. Always verify the requirements of the organization receiving your documents.

We are not affiliated with, certified by, or approved by any government agency, and we cannot guarantee that any translation will be accepted.

Credits and payment

Translations and add-ons are paid for with credits from your balance. One credit translates one page.

Credit packs, subscriptions and lifetime access are described on the pricing page. Prices may be displayed converted into your local currency for convenience; the charged amount is based on our listed pricing.

You review the full total before confirming any order. There are no hidden fees.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to upload and translate the documents you submit.

Do not upload unlawful content or documents you are not permitted to share.

Accuracy

We work to produce accurate translations and provide a confidence score for each result, but automated output can contain errors. Certified human review is available where accuracy is critical.

Accounts and termination

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse or unlawful activity.
