You may upload passports, birth certificates and court records. Here is exactly what we do — and do not do — with them.
Encrypted data transmission
Documents and text are transmitted over HTTPS/TLS between your browser and our servers.
Secure document storage
Translation records are stored in a managed cloud database with access restricted to our application.
Controlled account access
Every translation belongs to your account. Row-level security rules mean other customers cannot read your records.
Private workspace, no public indexing
Your documents and translations are never published, listed, or indexed by search engines.
Deletion on request
You can request deletion of any translation record or your entire account, and we remove the stored data.
Limited processing purpose
Uploaded documents are used only to produce the translation you requested and, if you select it, certified human review.
Who can see your files
Only you and, when you explicitly purchase certified human review, the assigned qualified reviewer working on that order. Our support staff access records only when you ask us to investigate an issue.
Automated processing
Text extraction and translation are performed by an AI model provider processing the document on our behalf to return the translation. Document content is not sold, and it is not shared with advertising platforms.
Data retention & deletion
Translations remain in your account so you can re-download them. Delete an order or email us to remove records at any time; account deletion removes the associated translation records.
What we do not claim
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, PCI or GDPR certification, and we are not certified or approved by any government agency. We describe only the controls the product actually implements.
